Overview

• Prepare Tender: complete Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Declaration, any Alternative Tender if permitted, authorization confirming signatory, and evidence of qualifications and eligibility (Joint Venture agreement if applicable)
• Packaging and submission: mark envelopes clearly with tender number GMC/AGRI/OT/01/2025-2026; submit in person to Chief Officer- Co-operative Development, County Government of Machakos, P.O. Box 40–90100, Machakos; deposit in the Tender Box at Machakos County Headquarters, Ngei Road
• Deadline: 24 June 2026, 11:00 AM EAT; late tenders rejected
