Overview

The CCMA is procuring a service provider to render Hygiene Services for its Johannesburg office for 60 months (01 July 2027 to 30 June 2032). Bid eligibility targets hygiene/facilities-management specialists with capability to supply, install, maintain hygiene equipment, provide consumables, manage waste in compliance with health, safety and environmental laws, and hold relevant insurances and registrations. Requirements

• Mandatory registrations/compliance: COIDA registration, valid public liability insurance, and Waste Transporter Registration with licensed disposal facility (or equivalent licensed facility) evidence.
• Demonstrable hygiene services experience: written references not older than 3 years; minimum project plan and company profile in Hygiene Services; proof of financial capacity (minimum positive cash balance of R50,000 or access to credit).
• Compliance disclosures: tax clearance with PIN or CSD registration; BBBEE certificate; ownership/disclosure declarations.
• Mandatory briefing: attendance at the compulsory virtual briefing session; non-attendance may disqualify (see attached bid docs).
• Documentation: complete SBD forms (SBD 1, 3.3, 4, 6.1, 7.2), CCMA standard conditions, POPIA form, financial statements, and any JV/subcontracting agreements as applicable.
