Overview

Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Reale Hospital Access Roads (UK27_05). This is a Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) works contract in the Uasin-Gishu region, tendered on a restricted basis and reserved for women under AGPO. The project is estimated around Kenya Shillings 19.999M.

Requirements

• Open only to Contractors registered with the National Treasury under AGPO – Women; “Reserved for Women.”
• No fraud, corruption, or collusive practices; must sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligible tenderers may form a Joint Venture (JV) with up to a specified number of members; JV must nominate a Representative; all members jointly liable.
• Public officers and close relatives are ineligible; no conflict of interest; disqualifications for related party or prior involvement.
• National Construction Authority (NCA) registration required before contract signature; tax clearance certificate required.
• Foreign bidders: at least 40% of contract inputs to be sourced from national suppliers; JV rules apply to ownership.
• Tender security or tender securing declaration required; format as specified.
• Currency: Kenya Shillings; all prices must cover the Bill of Quantities; price adjustments per contract provisions if applicable.
• Site visit and pre-tender meeting (if called for in the TDS); clarifications must be requested by deadlines in the TDS.
