Overview

Procurement of construction works for the realignment of MUGENI BRIDGE and construction of its approach roads on the Kaplong – Kisii Highway (B6), including a 40 m span composite bridge on piled foundations and about 2 km of approach roads (Reserved for All). Suitable for road and bridge contractors with NCA Category NCA 1 or 2, funded by GoK Development Vote.

Requirements

• NCA registration: Category NCA 1 or 2 for Road and Bridge Works.
• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Compliance for foreign bidders.
• Copy of valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (class as per tender).
• Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
• Copy of CR12 form dated within 6 months of bid submission.
• Tender Security: Unconditional Bank Guarantee from a Kenyan bank.
• Pages serialized by bidder; mandatory pre-tender site visit; compliance with PPADA and anti-corruption rules.
