Overview

This tender invites the supply and delivery of building materials to reconfigure a portion of the kitchen facility into an ablution facility at Whittlesea Depot, DPWI, as a once-off procurement of building materials. Bidders should be experienced suppliers of construction materials (sanitary fittings, plumbing, building materials, finishes) with CIDB registration, and capable of meeting South African standards. Requirements

• Legal entity or partnership/consortium; valid authorisation to sign.
• Completed SBD 1 (Parts A/B), SBD 3.1 pricing, SBD 4 disclosure; signatures where required.
• CIDB registration (if applicable) and proof as needed.
• Registered on CSD prior to award; SARS Tax Compliance status or PIN/TCS; provide proof.
• Compliance with DPWI SCM policy; security screening before award.
• Two or more references for supplying building materials in last 5 years; financial surety or proof of resources.
• Delivery: supply and deliver materials to Whittlesea depot within 7 calendar days; adherence to SANS and safety requirements.
