Requirements

• CIDB grading: 1ME or higher, or ability to register before evaluation.
• Pre-qualifiers: CIDB registration certificate or application, Letter of Good Standing (COIDA), fully signed Form of Offer and Acceptance.

• Functional requirements: minimum functionality score of 70/100 across Previous Experience, HR Capacity, Equipment Capacity, and Project Programme.
• Specific goals: BBBEE points as per 80/20 system (up to 20 points for goals).
• Compliance: ISO 9001 or equivalent QA; SHEQ/Safety, environment, and statutory obligations; site access and safety procedures.
