Overview

Refurbishment works to achieve Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Universal Access, and Fire Detection Compliance for the Alice & East London Campuses of the University of Fort Hare. Open tender for service providers with construction/refurbishment expertise, CIDB grade 8 GB or higher, and ability to meet B-BBEE requirements.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 8 GB or higher.
• Evaluation: 90 points for Price (Bill of Quantities fully priced) and 10 points for Specific Goals (3 pts for 51% black-owned, 3 pts for 51% female-owned, 4 pts for 51% PD-owned); attach updated CSD, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
