Overview

Procurement of refurbishment and related engineering services for Oil Burner 3-Way Isolating Valves at Hendrina Power Station for a 60-month period. Bidders should have mechanical/industrial engineering capability, burner refurbishment expertise, an ISO 9001 quality management system, and strong Eskom OHS compliance (as the contract is a 60‑month professional services engagement). Requirements

• Quality Management System: either ISO 9001:2015 certificate or evidence of QMS in operation with internal management system audits (as per Section A options).
• Documented roles and responsibilities: organization chart and responsibility matrix.
• Audit reports: latest internal management system audit (B.3) and latest external audit not older than 12 months (B.4).
• Records of Management Review meetings.
• Quality documentation: Draft Contract Quality Plan (CQP) and IPT; Quality Control Plan/ITP as per ISO 10005.
• Form A completed and signed, plus other annexures (Annexures A–J) and related SBDs.
• OHS compliance: Annexure B acknowledgement of Eskom OHS requirements; safety baseline risk assessment; COIDA or equivalent; induction and contractor management.
• Tender conditions: compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender; non‑submission of 100% sub‑contracting is prohibited.
• Supporting safety and QA documentation as listed in Scope of Work and Safety Requirements documents.
