Overview

Procurement of Refurbishment of Reheat safety, HP Bypass valves and the associated HP Bypass spray water valves at Kriel Power Station for five years under NEC3 Term Service Contract. This is a heavy mechanical/maintenance project at a power station, open to bidders with valve refurbishment, outage maintenance and related construction capability, and who meet Eskom’s pre-qualification requirements (CIDB registration, ISO 9001, OHS/SAFETY compliance).

Requirements

• NEC3 Term Service Contract framework and data (Form of Offer and Acceptance, Contract Data, Schedule of Deviations, etc.).
• Open, Inspect, Refurbish and Maintain HP Bypass, HP Bypass spray water control and stop valves and Hot Reheat Safety valves on Units 1-6 for five years at Kriel Power Station.
• CIDB registration and compliance with Eskom tendering rules (SBD4/SBD9 declarations) and associated pre-qualification.
• Quality management: ISO 9001:2015 QMS, Contract Quality Plan and Quality Control Plan (ITP) per ISO 10005; supplier QMS documentation and QA processes.
• OHS and safety: Annexure B OHS requirements, Health & Safety Plan and related compliance.
