REFURBISHMENT OF STAFF RESTROOMS FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS AT OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Overview

Refurbishment of staff restrooms at OR Tambo International Airport for 12 months. This procurement targets CIDB contractor grading of 7GB or higher and is for NEC3 Engineering & Construction Contract works. Bidders should have experience in live-airport environments and be prepared to attend compulsory briefing/site visits; the works span multi-disciplinary refurbishment with plumbing, electrical and safety considerations.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 7GB or higher; must meet mandatory bid conditions including attendance at compulsory briefing/site visit.
• Completion of the NEC3 ECC3-based contract documentation (Form of Offer & Acceptance, Schedule of Deviations) and adherence to the Works Information (Part C3) and Site Information (Part C4).
• Insurance requirements as per Appendix 2A/2B (airside/landside), including Contract Works, Public Liability, SASRIA, Aviation Liability, and Professional Indemnity.
• Compliance with Safety & Environmental requirements (EMS 048) and working in a live airport environment.
• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status where applicable, with PIN/CSD requirements and provider of returnable documents.
• Mandatory briefing and site visit attendance; questions by 14 Oct 2026.
