REFURBISHMENT OF THE NYAKALLONG (ALLANRIDGE) WWTW: CIVIL, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL, CONTROL & INSTRUMENTATIONClosed

Refurbishment of the Nyakallong (Allanridge) WWTW: Civil, Mechanical and Electrical, Control & Instrumentation. The contract by Vaal Central Water targets CIDB contractors with a minimum designations of 8CE (for joint ventures, lead partner 8CE with sub-contractors 7ME and 5EP and a combined 8CE). The Works include civil, mechanical, electrical and C&I scopes for a 3.5MLD WWTW refurbishment, with local economic participation (LEP) requirements and mandatory H&S/OHS obligations. Bids are evaluated under PPPFA 90/10, using a two-envelope system, with technical and financial proposals, and an emphasis on local procurement. Tenderers must be CIDB-registered, CSD-listed, SARS tax-cleared, and compliant with LEP and SBD endorsement requirements. A compulsory briefing is scheduled, and clarifications close before submission. Documents and addenda will determine exact contractual data and forms to complete. Proposals must be submitted in two envelopes (Technical and Financial) or electronically as allowed, including an electronic BoQ (USB/Disc) per Volume 2, and deposited by the closing date (1 September 2026) with a 90-day validity window.
