Overview

Prequalification/registration of suppliers and contractors for the County Government of Kitui for FY 2026-2027 and 2027-2028, covering roads and civil works (NCA 8+), building works, water works, and AGPO-reserved categories. Open to all for Category A; AGPO for Category B (Youth, Women & PWD). Eligible bidders include contractors with NCA 8+ for roads/civil works and related suppliers/service providers.

Requirements

• Valid and up-to-date Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or exemption from KRA
• PIN/VAT certificate
• Trading License/Business Permit
• Certificate of registration/incorporation
• CR12 and/or change of name
• ID copies for directors
• Confidential Business Questionnaire
• A valid AGPO Certificate for AGPO-reserved categories
• Complete all forms as specified in the registration documents (e.g., ITA/Section IV)
• Evidence of eligibility, qualifications, and financial capacity per Section III
