Requirements

• Copy of Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
• Current CR12
• Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate/Exemption
• Current year Single Business Permit (Nairobi City County)
• Registrations with relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., IATA, IHRM, NCA, NEMA, EPRA, Pharmacy and Poisons Body, etc.)
• Current practicing certificates for applicable professionals
• Copies of IDs/passports for all directors
• Company profile
• Valid AGPO certificate for reserved categories
• (Additionally) Complete the Qualification Data Registration of Suppliers Application Form (Section IV), Confidential Business Questionnaire (Section V), and provide Litigation History (Section VI) as part of the qualification process (see attached document: REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS/CONSULTANTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 2026-2027/2027-2028).
