Overview

Registration of Suppliers, Contractors and Consultants for Provision of Goods, Works and Services for the Financial Year 2026-2028. Open tender by NG-CDF Kapseret Sub County for an as‑and‑when basis across multiple categories (e.g., stationery, computers, vehicle maintenance, office furniture, consultancy/training, internet services, school furniture, building services, hotel/catering, insurance, branding, fuels, etc.). Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications to be demonstrated via standard forms; JV arrangements allowed with joint liability.
• Mandatory registrations and documents: tax clearance, VAT/PIN, valid local business permit, AGPO (for reserved categories), NCA license where relevant, CR12, proof of physical address, confidential business questionnaire, SD1/SD2, and declaration forms.
• No conflict of interest; no debarment by PPRA; accuracy and completeness of disclosures; ability to meet contract requirements.
• Maximum of three registration categories per applicant; provisions for specialized subcontractors as applicable.

How to Apply

• Documents can be downloaded from tenders.go.ke (PPIP) and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the reference number; deliver to NG-CDF Kapseret Sub County Outspan or mail to P.O. Box 2449, Eldoret (closing date per ITA: 3 July 2026 at 10:00 East African Time). Opening takes place in Kapseret Boardroom after the deadline.
• Submission method: hard copy only (electronic submission not allowed per RDS); late submissions are not accepted unless the RDS specifies otherwise.
• Required documents to submit (from the Registration Document): Application Submission Letter; Forms ELI-1.1 and ELI-1.2; FIN-3.1, FIN-3.2; EXP-4.1/4.2; SD1/SD2; confidential questionnaire; signed declarations; proof of mandatory compliance items (Certificate of incorporation, VAT/PIN, Tax Compliance, local permit, AGPO, NCA, CR12, proof of office, etc.).
• Clarifications and site visits: no pre-application meeting or site visit is mandatory; questions must be in writing by the deadline stated in the RDS.
