Overview

Registration of suppliers/contractors for the Equalization Fund for goods, works and services for the financial years 2026-2027 & 2027-2028. This is a pre-qualification/framework registration for categories of goods, works and services, open to eligible Kenyan suppliers/contractors (with some categories reserved for specific groups). Applications are to be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Equalization Fund in Nairobi; continuous registrations are possible during the contract period. Requirements

• Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Valid AGPO Certificate for reserved groups
• CR 12/ID
• Duly Completed Confidential Business Questionnaire
• Declaration that the firm is not debarred by PPRA
• Valid Single Business Permit
• Minimum technical pass mark: 70% in the Technical Evaluation

How to Apply

• Submit completed registration documents in a sealed envelope marked with the registration category, title and reference number; deposit in the Tender Box at Equalization Fund, 8th Floor, National Bank Building, Harambee Ave, Nairobi, by Friday 2 October 2026 at 11:00 AM (close time per notice; the document shows a 10:00 AM deposit in the box).
