Overview

Registration of suppliers for Branding and Supply of Branded Promotional Materials (Uniforms, Fliers, Banners, Bill Boards, Signs, Labelling and Assets Tags, etc) for Category B (AGPO reserves). Open to Youth, Women & PWD groups; prequalification to supply branded promo materials.

Requirements

• Mandatory corporate documents: Tax Compliance Certificate or exemption, PIN/VAT, valid Trading License, Certificate of Registration/Incorporation, CR12/change of name, ID copies for directors, Confidential Business Questionnaire, and AGPO certificate where applicable.
• Compliance and eligibility: Certificate of independent tender determination; no conflicts of interest; not suspended/debarred; evidence of eligibility as per ITA.
• Certifications and capacity: Evidence of regulatory or professional certifications relevant to branding/materials category (e.g., KEBS or other bodies as relevant to the category).
• Financial capacity: Demonstrate liquidity and ability to finance cash flow; provide audited accounts for recent year or bank reference; demonstrate average annual turnover/financial viability.
• Experience and personnel: Details of past contracts (3 referees with evidence), and CVs for key personnel (minimum 1 year experience).
• JV considerations: If forming a JV, ensure compliance with JV requirements; only one prequalified applicant may tender for the contract.

• Prepare and submit the following with your application:
  • Application Submission Letter (Section IV).
  • Eligibility documents (TCC, PIN/VAT, license, incorporation, etc.).
  • Qualifications information (forms in Section IV; financials, references, CVs, etc.).
  • Any other documents specified in the PDS.
• Submission method and deadline:
  • Enclose original and copies in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Tender No. and Description, and delivered to the Tender Box at the entrance of County Treasury – Governors Block.

• Clarifications: Written questions by 17 September 2026; addenda published on kitui.go.ke and tenders.go.ke.
• Briefing/Site: No pre-application meeting; site visit details N/A.
