Overview

Registration of Suppliers for Supply and Delivery of Cleaning Materials, tools & equipment, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and first aid kits for the County Government of Kitui. This prequalification is open to all categories for FY 2026-2027 and 2027-2028, with Category B reserved for AGPO groups (Youth, Women & PWD). Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate or exemption from Kenya Revenue Authority; PIN/VAT; Trading Licence/Business Permit; Incorporation/Registration; CR12 or name change; Director IDs; Confidential Business Questionnaire; AGPO Certificate for Category B.
• Eligibility: no conflicts of interest; not debarred; comply with PPRA rules; nationality and cross-border considerations per ITA.
• Technical: evidence of regulatory certifications as applicable (e.g., KEBS, NCA, ERB, ERC), company profile with experience and financial capacity, three client referees with contract evidence, audited accounts or bank reference.
• Financial: demonstrated access to working capital or credit lines; minimum average turnover and contract values as required; JV rules if applicable.
• Personnel: qualifications and CVs for at least three key staff (minimum experience).
• Submission of complete forms and disclosures as per Section III/IV of the Prequalification Document (Form FIN, ELI, etc.).
• For Category B, AGPO eligibility documentation is mandatory (Youth, Women & PWD). (CGoKTI/Reg/020/2026-2028)

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 17 September 2026, 12:00 noon (local) (CGoKTI/Reg/020/2026-2028). Note metadata lists 2026-09-28 22:00 as well; verify with the issuing Entity.
• Submission method: sealed envelopes, clearly marked with Tender No & Description; delivered to Chief Officer, Ministry of Finance, Revenue Management and Accounting, County Government of Kitui; Tender Box at the entrance of County Treasury—Governors Block. No electronic submission option unless specified (CGoKTI/Reg/020/2026-2028).
• Documents to submit: Application Submission Letter; Eligibility Declarations (Form ELI-1.1/1.2); Qualifications information (Forms FIN-3.1, FIN-3.2, EXP forms) and any other documents listed in the PDS (CGoKTI/Reg/020/2026-2028).
