Registration of Suppliers for Supply and Delivery of Pharmaceutical, Non-Pharmaceutical Materials, Renal Consumables, Radiology consumables, Laboratory items/reagents, Dental materials and Vaccines. open to all suppliers across goods and services for Kitui County Government, for FY 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. Suitable for firms supplying medical, laboratory, dental, radiology, and related materials; prequalification to tender in Category A.

Requirements

• Mandatory:
  • Valid Tax Compliance Certificate or exemption (KRA)
  • PIN/VAT certificate
  • Trading Licence/Business Permit
  • Certificate of registration/incorporation, CR12 or change of name
  • IDs for directors, Confidential Business Questionnaire, AGPO certificate where applicable
  • Complete all registration forms for the prequalification document
• Technical evaluation:
  • Evidence of regulatory certifications (e.g., KEBS, NCA, ERB, ERC or equivalents)
  • Company profile showing relevant experience and financial capacity
  • Three client referees with contract evidence (LPOs/LSOs/Contracts)
  • Audited accounts for the last year or bank reference
  • Documentation of litigation history, and CVs for 3 key personnel

How to Apply

• Download tender documents from Kitui’s website or PPIP portal (CGoKTI/Reg/017/2026-2028).
• Prepare: Application Submission Letter; Eligibility declarations (ELI); Qualification Forms; financial statements; and any other documents in the PDS (Section IV and Section III).
• Submission: place in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Tender No and Description, and deposit in the Tender Box at the County Treasury (Governors Block) or submit by mail/hand by the deadline. Opening is in the Deputy Governor’s boardroom. See (CGoKTI/Reg/017/2026-2028) for specific addresses and times; deadline per the prequalification data sheet is 17 September 2026 at 12:00 noon (local time). Electronic submission is not indicated as an option in the PDS (ITA 17.1).
• Pre-application: no mandatory pre-application meeting indicated (ITA 8.2).
• After prequalification: prequalified firms will be invited to Tender (post–prequalification) as per the ITA.
