Overview

Registration and prequalification of suppliers for ICT equipment and networking (computers, printers, scanners, etc.) for the County Government of Kitui, FY 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. Open to all for Category A; Category B is reserved for AGPO groups (Youth, Women & PWD) including ICT equipment suppliers (CGoKTI/Reg/022/2026-2028).

Requirements

• Valid and up-to-date Tax Compliance Certificate or exemption from the Kenya Revenue Authority
• PIN/VAT certificate
• Valid Trading License/Business Permit
• Certificate of registration/Incorporation
• CR12 and/or change of name
• IDs for directors
• Confidential Business Questionnaire (duly filled, signed, stamped)
• AGPO certificate (for categories reserved to AGPO)
• Complete all forms as specified in the registration documents
