Overview

Registration of Suppliers for Supply of Furniture, Office Equipment, Kitchen Appliances and Equipment for the County Government of Kitui; prequalification with AGPO Category B (Youth, Women & PWD) and Category A open to all. Tender No CGoKTI/Reg/021/2026-2028 covers registration of suppliers for these goods for FY 2026-2028.

Requirements

• Mandatory (Stage 1):
  • Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
  • PIN/VAT certificate
  • Trading License/Business Permit
  • Certificate of registration/Incorporation
  • CR12 and/or change of name
  • ID documents for Directors
  • Confidential Business Questionnaire
  • AGPO Certificate (for reserved categories)
  • Complete all forms as specified
• Technical Evaluation (Stage 2):
  • Evidence of regulatory certifications (e.g., KEBS, NCA, ERB, ERC)
  • Company profile showing relevant experience and financial capacity
  • Three referees with contract evidence (LPOs/LSOs/Contracts)
  • Audited accounts for last year or bank reference
  • History of litigation, if any
  • Qualifications and CVs for at least 3 key personnel
• JV/subcontracting, conflicts of interest, debarment checks, tax compliance, and other eligibility rules apply.

• Submission method: sealed envelope containing original and copies, addressed to the Chief Officer, Ministry of Finance, Revenue Management and Accounting, P.O. Box 33-90200, KITUI; Tender Box at County Treasury entrance. No electronic submission option is provided. (PDS details in Section II)
• Documents to submit: Application Submission Letter; Eligibility documentation; Qualifications documentation; any other documents listed in the PDS (Section IV forms included: ELI, FIN, EXP, etc.).
