Overview

Registration of suppliers for supply of goods and services for the year 2026/2027 at Kenyenya Teachers Training College. This is a restricted registration to pre-qualify suppliers for Category A (goods) and Category B (services), with special AGPO and other reserved categories. Eligible Kenyan firms with fixed premises and demonstrated capacity, experience, and compliance are invited to bid (TENDER NOTICE ON REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS).

Requirements

• Mandatory pre-qualification: evidence of capability, fixed Kenyan premises, valid business registration, and meeting specified criteria (including AGPO or open categories as applicable).
• Compliance documents: Certificate of Registration/Incorporation, valid Tax Compliance Certificate, references from bankers, current Trade License, PIN/VAT Registration Certificate, and sworn statement.
• Financial and past performance: latest financial statements (for incorporated firms), evidence of working capital, and at least five past experiences or references with previous clients.
• Substantive qualifications: ability to supply and deliver goods/services as specified; not debarred from public procurement; accurate submission of forms T-1 to T-8 and related appendices.
• Evaluation readiness: evidence of physical address/premises; potential site verification by the Institute’s evaluation team (T-5, T-6).

How to Apply

• Deadline: 15 July 2026 at 10:00 (closing date/time) (TENDER NOTICE ON REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS).
• Submission method: complete tender documents in a plain sealed envelope, marked with tender name and reference number, deposited in the college tender box; late or post-delivered submissions are not accepted. Do not open before the stated time (TENDER NOTICE).
• Documents to complete/submit: Forms T-1 to T-8 (Supplier Qualification, Registration, Financials, Confidential Questionnaire, Past Experiences, Past Performance, Price Quotation, Sworn Statement) plus Appendix 1–21 as applicable (TENDER DOCUMENT 2026-2027).
• Required registrations/pre-qualifications: Company/firm registration in Kenya, Tax Compliance Certificate, Bankers’ reference, current Trade License, PIN/VAT, and sworn statements; AGPO or Special category status where claimed (T-1 to T-8; Appendix).
• Where to obtain bid documents: from PPIP portal via the college website (TENDER NOTICE ON REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS).
• Note: The college reserves the right to accept/reject any tender, and late submissions are not accepted; special tenders are reserved for women, youths, and PWDs (TENDER NOTICE).
