Overview

Registration of Suppliers for the supply of goods, services and works for 2026–2028 (with framework air-ticket arrangements for 2026–2029). The Kenya Development Corporation invites eligible firms to prequalify across multiple categories (Goods, Services, Works) to be registered as suppliers for 2026–2028. Eligible suppliers must be e-GP registered and may participate individually or as a JV; disadvantaged groups (AGPO) are eligible for certain categories.

Requirements

• Must be e-GP registered; AGPO status where applicable.
• Provide mandatory documents: CR12 (or IDs for sole proprietor), signed Application Submission Letter, Confidential Business Questionnaire, Certificate of Registration/Incorporation, Tax Compliance Certificate, and Audited Accounts/Bank references as specified.
• Evidence of professional indemnity insurance (varies by category; e.g., 50,000,000 KSh for Valuation & Estate Agency; 5,000,000 KSh for Auctioneering).
• Current registrations with regulatory bodies where required (e.g., NCA for Small Works, IATA for Air Travel, engineering licensure).
• Attach supplier profile from the eGP portal (EGP number).
• Disclosure of interests and conflict-of-interest declarations.
• Compliance with anti-corruption and competitive practices; certification of independence.
• Categories include A (Goods), B (Services), C (Consultancy), D (Works), and E (Air Travel framework) as applicable (some require special licenses).

How to Apply

• Deadline: by 21 August 2026 at 10:00 am (late submissions not accepted).
• Submission method: by hand or mail (no electronic submission). Questions/clarifications should be in writing; pre-application meetings are not applicable.
• Documents to complete/submit include: Application Submission Letter, Eligibility forms (ELI), Applicant Information Form, Confidential Business Questionnaire, CR12/IDs, Certificate of Registration/Incorporation, Tax Compliance, Audited Accounts, AGPO certificate where applicable, professional/regulatory affiliations, and supplier profile (egp number).
