Overview

Registration of Suppliers for Supply of Printed Materials (Booklets, Brochure, Medical Records, Business Cards, Etc). This prequalification by the County Government of Kitui invites suppliers to register for printed materials (Category B: AGPO-eligible) for FY 2026-2027 and 2027-2028; Category A is open to all.

Requirements

• Mandatory: valid Tax Compliance Certificate; PIN/VAT; trading license; registration/incorporation certificate; CR12 or change of name; ID(s) of directors; Confidential Business Questionnaire; AGPO certificate (for reserved categories); complete all registration forms.
• Stage 2 (Technical): evidence of regulatory certifications (e.g., KEBS, NCA, ERB, ERC as applicable); company profile showing relevant experience and financial capacity; three client referees with contract evidence; audited accounts (or bank reference); litigation history; CVs for three key personnel.
• Additional: disclosure of ownership/control and potential conflicts of interest; Joint Venture rules apply (if any).

• Prepare and submit: Application Submission Letter; Eligibility declarations; qualification documents; any other documents specified; sign and seal as required.
• Submission method and deadline: sealed envelope submissions by mail or hand to the Chief Officer, Ministry of Finance, Revenue Management and Accounting, P.O. Box 33-90200, Kitui; or as otherwise stated in the PDS. Deadline: 17 September 2026 at 12:00 noon (local time). Late submissions incur rejection. Electronic submission options may be available per the PDS.
