Registration of suppliers and service providers for the period ending 30 September 2028, with eligibility for All, Women, Youth and Persons Living with Disabilities (PWD). KeNHA invites eligible entities to apply for inclusion in a single supplier registry across numerous goods and services categories for the stated period.

Requirements

• Copy of certificate of registration/incorporation (Mandatory) (TENDER DOCUMENT)
• Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate (Mandatory) (TENDER DOCUMENT)
• Original bank statement or bank reference (not >3 months) (Mandatory) (TENDER DOCUMENT)
• Registration with relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., NCAP for PWD) (Mandatory) (TENDER DOCUMENT)
• Business/Company Profile (Mandatory) (TENDER DOCUMENT)
• Copies of Annual Return Forms and CR/Partnership documentation (Mandatory) (TENDER DOCUMENT)
• AGPO certificate or equivalent for target groups (Mandatory) (TENDER DOCUMENT)
• National IDs/ passports for all directors/partners (Mandatory) (TENDER DOCUMENT)
• Valid NCA registration for firms in buildings/ civil works (Mandatory) (TENDER DOCUMENT)

How to Apply

• Obtain full registration details from www.kenha.co.ke or PPIP portal (TENDER DOCUMENT).
• Complete PQ-2 (Registration Data), PQ-3 (Supervisory Personnel), PQ-4 (Financial Position/Terms), and REGISTRATION FORM (TENDER DOCUMENT).
• Compile and submit the mandatory documents listed above; ensure registration document is sequentially serialized (TENDER DOCUMENT).
• Submit one original Registration document to KeNHA offices (Head Office or Regional Offices) by the deadline: 6 October 2026 (09:00) (TENDER DOCUMENT).
