Overview

This RFQ seeks a service provider to register the Mandela Bay Theatre Complex (MBTC) with the Department of Employment and Labour for COIDA compliance, resolve duplicate COIDA registrations, regularize accounts, complete outstanding ROEs, and secure a Letter of Good Standing. Requirements

• Compulsory CSD registration; provide CSD number.
• Pricing must be VAT-inclusive and include delivery; price must be broken down; pricing to be submitted on attached SBD forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1).
• Quotation valid for 90 days; no prepayment; payment terms on delivery of satisfactory work.
• Submit with SARS Tax Clearance; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; if JV, provide consolidated B-BBEE certificate.
• Minimum 60/100 in Stage 1; must provide company profile, five reference letters, and evidence of specialist COIDA administration experience.
• Eastern Cape local preference applies; must reside in EC to qualify for some points.
• Deliverables include: cancellations of incorrect ROEs (2021–2023), reallocation of payments, ROEs 2016–2024, name change confirmation, reconciled COIDA statement, settlement plan, final COIDA compliance report, and LOGS eligibility. (Request for Quotation 46 _ COIDA (1).pdf)
