Overview

• Rehabilitation of Border Stakeholder Housing at Various Borders is a construction works contract to rehabilitate border housing across multiple border sites in Eswatini. The Open Tender by the Eswatini Revenue Service (ERS) covers four lots: Lot 1 (Ngwenya, Lundzi, Matsamo, Bulembu); Lot 2 (Mahamba, Gege, Sicunusa, Sandlane); Lot 3 (Mananga, Mhlumeni); Lot 4 (Nsalitje, Lavumisa). National bidders only.

Requirements

• Open Tender for works; eligible contractors as per ITT; JV/Consortia allowed; four lots (min/max: all four).
• Tender security: 30% of quoted amount; validity until 30 days after submission.
• Mandatory pre-tender/site visits per Lot with fixed dates; attendance required for all sites intended for bid.
• Tender language: English; documents including ESMP and Code of Ethical Conduct; environmental, social, health and safety obligations.
• Contractors must meet eligibility and qualification criteria; provide Power of Attorney and other documents; nationality and absence of conflicts; post-qualification of best evaluated bidder.
• Currency and tender validity: prices in Eswatini Lilangeni; tender validity 90 days.
