Rehabilitation of Jan Moolman Street in AbaQulusi Local Municipality; CIDB category 7 CE/GB or Higher, open tender. Requirements

• Experience and staffing: site agent with >5 years (CV); five traceable similar projects in 10 years; on-site management capabilities; qualified key personnel.
• Submissions: full MBD packages completed (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) with all returnable documents; proof of B-BBEE or sworn affidavit; compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements; proof of public liability and relevant certifications.
• Additional: attendance at compulsory clarification meeting; compliance with two-stage evaluation (Stage 1: responsiveness/eligibility; Stage 2: price and preferences); minimum functionality score of 56 to proceed.
