Overview

Procurement of construction works for the rehabilitation of Mogwase Unit 5 internal roads phase 2 (5.6 km). This project targets road rehabilitation works and is open to construction contractors with appropriate CIDB and PE capabilities.

Requirements

• CIDB grading 6CE / 5CE PE or higher.
• Bidders must be registered with the Central Suppliers Database; company directors must not be in the employment of the State.
• Municipal rates and taxes statement must be attached.
• Bids must be bound neatly, sealed in properly labelled envelopes; submissions to be deposited in the tender box at MKLM Civic Centre; no faxed or emailed bids accepted.
• Compulsory briefing session: 16 September 2026 at 10:00 (MKLM Council Chamber Civic Center).
• Tender adjudication follows MKLM SCM Policy and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022; 80/20 evaluation; up to 20 points for specified goals.
• Bids valid for 90 days after closing date.
