• Qualifications/affiliations: Proof of CIDB grading; A valid CIDB/CRS number for the bidder and, if applicable, joint venture resolutions.
• Other: Insurance/Performance Bond via insurer undertaking within 21 days of appointment; EPWP requirements; compliance with POPIA; no bid alternates.
• Evaluation: Two-phase process (Phase 1: administrative/compliance; Phase 2: price and preference under PPPFA 2022 80/20; locality and other specific goals apply).
