Overview

Procurement of Rehabilitation, Renovations & Refurbishments to DSD Service Offices Cluster 3 (Cathcart, Stutterheim, Keiskammahoek, Bhisho Youth Care Centre). Open tender by the Eastern Cape Department of Public Works & Infrastructure for CIDB 4GB or higher in General Building. • Local content and local production: 100% for designated sectors; complete Local Content Declaration.
• Specific goals: Locality points (Amahlathi or Buffalo City) and other PPPFA-specific goals; must complete SBD 6.1 to claim points.
• Tax/compliance: Tax matters verified via CSD/SARS; CIDB and professional registrations in good standing; compensation fund requirement.
• Other: No compulsory briefing meeting; contract subject to Adjudication dispute mechanism; 120-day bid validity.
