Overview

Relocation of assets and furniture services are being procured for the IDT National Office relocation. Bidders should have proven capability in moving, packing, loading/offloading, insurance, and transport of office and household items, including furniture and appliances.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number; provide your CSD reference (e.g., MAAA...).
• Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN (submit a valid letter).
• Duly completed and signed SDB 4 (Bidder’s Declaration).
• Duly completed and signed SDB 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form).
• Price quoted must be inclusive of VAT and valid for at least 60 days after closing date.

• Submission deadline: 18 September 2026 at 12:00 PM.

• Documents to submit: CSD number, Company name, SARS Tax Compliance PIN, SDB 4, SDB 6.1.
• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration and Tax Compliance.
• Queries: SCM queries to Aidan@idt.org.za; Technical queries to Hloniphanic@idt.org.za. No queries within 12 hours of closing.
• Note: IDT reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the RFQ. Pricing must reflect the total cost inclusive of VAT and be valid as specified.
