Removal and Delivery of household furniture - Eastern Cape to PretoriaClosed

Overview

RFQ for the one-off removal and delivery of household furniture from Makhanda (Eastern Cape) to Pretoria (Gauteng). The National Lotteries Commission seeks a professional moving service with relevant mover accreditation to relocate an NLC employee. Requirements

• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide CSD number and tax/status details; SARS Tax PIN or TCS evidence; POPIA consent.
• Accreditation from the Accredited Professional Movers’ Association; provide accreditation letter.
• B-BBEE: valid certificate or sworn affidavit; JV arrangements require consolidated B-BBEE docs.
• Compliance with COID (Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act) coverage; proof may be requested.
• Submit mandatory SBD forms: SBD1 (invitation), SBD4 (declaration of interests), SBD6.1 (Preference Points); SBD7 on contract if awarded.
• Data privacy in line with POPIA; consent form included in the bid pack.
• Administrative and tax/compliance checks apply; late or incomplete bids are disqualified.
