Requirements

• Registration on the City’s Supplier Database and on the National Treasury CSD; provide Tax Compliance Status PIN.
• Accreditation as a waste management service provider under the City’s Integrated Waste Management bylaw; valid throughout the contract.
• Demonstrated waste-management capability and experience, with qualifying references; minimum functionality score (70/100) required; qualified key personnel with relevant NQF level.
• Adequate equipment readiness (vehicles: e.g., 19m3 refuse compactors and 4-ton high-rails, age under 5 years) and driver qualifications; Annexure F.3 and related vehicle proofs.
• Health and safety compliance, contract-related safety plan if requested, and adherence to wage scales for drivers/assistants.
