Requirements

• Complete the RFQ document in full, on company letterhead.
• Provide a SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification or EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
• Latest tax clearance and CSD registration (if not on CSD, register within 7 working days of award).
• CIDB grading of 1GB or higher; proof of capability for asbestos works.
• Proof of COIDA good standing; Insurance as required.
• Evidence of registering as a registered asbestos handling contractor; compliance with disposal regulations.
• Returnable documents: IDs of company directors, reference letters/completion certificates for similar works.
• Local transformation goals: comply with 100% local direct employment; 25% women and 25% youth participation; evidence as required.
• Pricing and compliance: ensure all SBD documents are signed; include VAT where applicable.
• Disqualification flags include tax non-compliance, fraudulent information, restricted suppliers, or non-compliance with specifications.
