• SHE/OSH: Project-specific SHE File, pre-approval by Amatola Water; inductions; PPE; risk assessments; method statements; training records; insurance
• Insurance: Public liability and motor vehicle insurance; certificates of currency
• JV/Consortium: if applicable, signed JV agreement with required details
