Overview

Remove the old and supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of emission control ceramic filter elements. Bidders with proven experience in emission-control ceramic filter elements and the capacity to deliver, install, and commission at ARC Onderstepoort should bid, including demonstrated references and compliance with SBDs and CSD requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience: at least two related projects in the last five years with client name, contact details, description, duration and contract value.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD): bidders must be registered on CSD; include the CSD registration number and full CSD report.
• Specific goals: bidders must claim points for HDI ownership, women, PwD, and BEE status as applicable (80/20 or 90/10 system); provide supporting documentation.
• Administrative: complete and sign Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms; submit to kutumelab@arc.agric.za.
• Delivery and warranty: delivery to ARC address; state warranty/guarantee terms; provide service-related documentation where applicable.
• Pricing and terms: quotes must be in ZAR, VAT inclusive, with delivery/insurance/taxes; quotes evaluated under 80/20 (up to R50M) and must be on official letterhead with delivery date indicated.
