Requirements

• Certified copies of directors’ and owners’ identities
• CSD registration (or immediate register) and ability to comply with the municipality’s procurement policy
• Tender documents available for a non-refundable R200.00
• Fully completed original tender document submitted in an individually sealed envelope; envelope labeled with number, title and closing date
• Tender validity: irrevocable offer valid for 90 days after closing date
• Functionality: minimum threshold of 70/100; pricing, B-BBEE, locality weighting applied per SCM policy (80/10/10)
• Late bids, or bids emailed/faxed, will not be accepted
