Overview

Rendering of private security services to the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure: Zululand District Office, Ulundi, for 12 months. Target bidders are security service providers with PSIRA registration, including owner-grade PSIRA (A/B), company PSIRA registration, and compliance across payroll, COIDA/UIF, PSSPF, public liability, vehicle fleet, ICASA licensing, and relevant experience (three reference letters).

Requirements

• Owner/Director must hold Grade A or B PSIRA.
• Entity must be registered with PSIRA.
• Payroll indicates salaries in line with PSIRA rates.
• COIDA/Workman’s Compensation registration.
• UIF EMP201 certificate.
• Pension Fund for Security Officers (PSSPF) registration.
• PSSPF compliance proof.
• Public Liability Insurance or letter of intent (min R1 million).
• At least 1 company vehicle (with logbooks or lease documents).
• Company profile with three letters of awards and six-month references.
• ICASA license for radio equipment/frequencies (or lease agreement).
• All returnable documents must be certified (except reference items).
