Requirements

• Owner/Director must hold PSIRA Grade A or B; provide certified copies.
• Entity must be PSIRA-registered; provide PSIRA certificate.
• Current payroll aligned to PSIRA rates/grades.
• COIDA/Workman’s Compensation registration.
• UIF (EMP201) registration.
• Pension Fund for Security Officers (PSSPF) registration.
• Compliance with PSSPF.
• Public liability insurance (or letter of intent, min R1 million).
• At least one company vehicle (with logbooks or lease documents).
• Company profile with three award letters and six months’ reference letters.
• ICASA licence for radio equipment/frequencies (or lease).
• All returnable documents certified (except 10: company experience).
• Compliance with CSD/TAX requirements and related forms.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 12 October 2026, 11:00. (60-day bid validity)
• Submission method: deposit in the DPW tender box at UMkhanyakude Sub-District, Lot 55D, Fiddle Wood Lane, Mtubatuba 3935.
• Documents to submit: official bidding documents/forms (SBD 1, 3, 4, 6.1, 7, etc.), Pricing Schedule (SBD 3), B-BBEE affidavits, Bidder’s Disclosure, and any referenced annexures. Pricing is firm for 12 months; include CPI adjustments as applicable.
