Rendering of private security services to the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure: Zululand Sub-District Office (Vryheid) for twelve (12) months. Suitable bidders with PSIRA registration, ability to provide 24/7 security staffing, and proven compliance with safety, payroll, and insurance requirements should bid.

Requirements

• Phase 1: SCM administrative compliance (correct bid documents, compliance with regulations, quote for all items, pricing on schedule).
• Phase 2: Mandatory criteria (PSIRA owner/director Grade A or B; company PSIRA registration; payroll aligned to PSIRA rates; COIDA/WC; UIF (EMP201); PSSPF registration and contributions; Public Liability Insurance (min R1m) or letter of intent; at least 1 company vehicle; company profile with three award letters/6+ months’ contracts; all returnables certified by Commissioner of Oaths within 3 months).
• Phase 3: Specific goals (80/20 system: 80 price points, 20 for goals; Ownership by Black People 10 points; Regionally located enterprise 10 points).
