Requirements

• Complete Annexure MBD 6.1 for B-BBEE status verification
• Submit original/valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificates or certified copies
• Submit Proof of Locality to claim locality points
• Submit sealed quotation in a marked envelope to the Municipal Head Offices by 12:00 on 18 September 2026; late tenders not accepted
• Non-refundable cash fee of R190 for hard copy tender documents; electronic copy available on request at no charge
• Compulsory site visit on 10 September 2026 at 10:00 at Highlands Landfill Site, Malmesbury (registration closes 10:05)
• Evaluation uses 80/20 preference points and BBEE points must be claimed in Annexure MBD 6.1
