Rendering of security services for the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure: eThekwini Region at Amawele building for a period of thirty six (36) months. Requirements

• Phase 2 mandatory documents (PSIRA Grade A/B for owner/director; PSIRA registration; letter confirming payment at PSIRA rates; COIDA, UIF, PSSPF proof; PSSPF compliance status; minimum five owned vehicles; on-site vehicle; ICASA license or service‑provider lease; Public Liability Insurance of R10,000,000).
• Company experience: schedule of at least three completed contracts (not older than 5 years), one of which ≥ R5 million; letters of award/PO/SLAs.
• All returnable documents must be certified (except experience).
• Minimum five vehicles; one bakkie on site; motor-vehicle registrations/logbooks or valid agreements.
• Pricing must align with PSIRA rates.

How to Apply

• Submit by 01 July 2026, 11:00, in the Bid Box at 455A King Cetshwayo Highway, Mayville; sealed envelope with bid number and closing date. Late or non-conforming submissions are not accepted. (see documents)
