Overview

**Renewal of BurpSuite software licenses for the State Security Agency.**Bidders should be IT/software vendors with capacity to renew and manage BurpSuite licenses, and meet South African tax/compliance, BBBEE, and procurement requirements.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN for verification; if no TCS PIN, provide CSD number; tax clearance for goods above R30k.
• BBBEE: submit a B-BBEE Status Level of Contributor certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE rules apply).
• Official forms: bids must use the prescribed official forms (SBD4 and SBD7 where applicable).
• Corporate authority: evidence of signing authority (e.g., company resolution).
• Additional supplier checks: provide Worc/WCF health and safety documentation where applicable; SARS/CSD verification as required.
• Pricing and validity: quotation on company letterhead, valid for 30 days; prices may include VAT; 30-day payment terms.
