Renewal of CIBECS End-Point Cloud software for 12 months for the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC)

Overview

Renewal of CIBECS End-Point Cloud software licenses for 12 months for HSRC. This RFP covers 500 CIBECS Endpoint Data Protection licenses, installation of the latest version in a virtual/cloud environment, optional migration to cloud storage, and centralized backup with de-duplication across HSRC Pretoria, Cape Town and Sweetwaters. Bidders should be ICT/software providers with CIBECS expertise and must be Platinum authorised resellers with a certified CIBECS Accredited Administrator (proof within 5 years).

Requirements

• Platinum CIBECS reseller status (proof within 5 years).
• At least one certified CIBECS Accredited Administrator (certificate within 5 years).
• Evidence of experience: references for the past 3 years; written confirmation from CIBECS OEM; minimum 3 years in business.
• Provide an organogram of key personnel (Account Manager, Technical Lead, Engineers, Project Manager) and CVs with relevant installations.
• Proof of prior CIBECS deployments and ongoing support.
