Overview

Renewal of ManageEngine software licenses for SANSA for a 3-year period. Bidders should be competent service providers in IT software licensing renewal, capable of renewing endpoints and administration modules (Endpoint Central, ADAudit Plus, ADManager Plus, ServiceDesk Plus) and delivering in a multi-site, PFMA-compliant engagement. Key prerequisites include tax/compliance verifications and empowerment goals.

Requirements

• Complete, signed bid documents; 2-envelope submission with memory stick containing the full proposal.
• Compliance documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6; Certificate of Authority; Special Conditions (SCC) and GCC; Pricing Schedule (C1.1) and Form of Offer & Acceptance (C1.2).
• Tax & pre-qualifications: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (or CSD number if no PIN); CSD registration with compliant tax status by closing date (no Bids from State employees).
• Evidence for Preferential Procurement: Table 1 goals (51% black owned, 40% black women, 51% black youth) with proof (CSD, BBBEE, IDs, share registers).
• Scope compliance: renewal of specific ManageEngine licenses listed in the Scope of Work (Endpoint Central, ADAudit Plus, ADManager Plus, ServiceDesk Plus) with license renewals from 17 July 2026.
• No briefing session; bids must be on original forms; adherence to GCC/SCC.
• Optional: already-listed lists and forms to be completed as part of bid submission (Pricing Schedule separate envelope).
• Compliance with POPIA guidance and data handling as described in attached documents.
