Overview

Renewal of Microsoft 365 licenses for a period of three years, including 160 user licenses, 10 Copilot add-ons, Entra ID integration and security features; to be handled through a Microsoft-authorised licensing partner. Requirements

• Authorized Microsoft licensing partner or reseller; demonstrate authority to transact Microsoft Enterprise Agreement licensing.
• Renewal of Microsoft 365 E3 licenses for 160 users plus 10 Copilot add-ons; include Entra ID, security/compliance features, and enterprise mobility management.
• Manage EA renewal under the municipality tenant; provide all licensing documentation and subscription confirmations; support additions, reductions, or adjustments subject to SCM approval; assist with provisioning and activation.
• Provide technical/licensing support, annual licensing reports, and utilization reports on request; issue renewal notices 120 days before expiry.
• Project management: prime contractor responsible for any subcontractors; municipality engages only with the service provider.
• Contract: 36 months from renewal effective date; compliant with government licensing frameworks.
