Renewal of Sophos subscription licenses for a period of one year for Garden Route District Municipality, covering Central Device Encryption, Phish Threat, Intercept X Advanced, Intercept X Advanced for Server, and XGS 2300 Xstream Protection licenses for specified user ranges. Requirements

• Firm, fixed pricing for 60 days from tender closing date.
• Prices must include VAT; include delivery costs where applicable.
• Tax compliance: active SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; if not available, provide CSD number; each consortium member must have its own TCS/CSD.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; GRDM may require verification and reserves right not to award to non-CSD participants.
• Complete and submit all required Bid Documents: MBD 1, MBD 3.1 (Pricing Schedule – Firm Prices), MBD 4, MBD 5, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, Annexure A, and evidence of past experience.
• Locality and B-BBEE preferences: provide valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; municipal accounts or lease for locality points; comply with 80/20 or 90/10 preference framework.
• Site briefing: none (no compulsory site meeting).
