Overview

Renewal of Yeastar PABX licenses and the maintenance and support of the internal VoIP solution for 12 months. Target bidders are providers with Yeastar PABX on-premise experience, enterprise VoIP expertise, certified VoIP engineers, and authorised Yeastar partners, capable of 24/7 support and delivering licensed renewals and ongoing maintenance (Solicitation ID RFQ_OBP162_2026_27 Request for Quote Aug 06 2026 (1).pdf).

Requirements

• Be an authorised Yeastar reseller/partner; provide proof of accreditation (Solicitation ID RFQ_OBP162_2026_27...).
• At least five (5) years’ experience supporting enterprise VoIP systems; provide CVs of engineers (CVs/qualifications required).
• Employ certified VoIP engineers; provide CVs of technicians/specialists.
• Provide letters proving authorised Yeastar partnership; references for identical scope not older than 36 months (minimum 2 traceable letters).
• Provide SBD4 Bidder Disclosure; register on CSD; tax compliance; foreign/international firms to submit SBD1 if requested.
• Provide 24/7 support desk capability.
• Submit via OBP’s E-Procurement portal; no email submissions; all required documents uploaded with bid.
• Government procurement terms and general conditions apply; 30-day payment terms; quotation on company letterhead in PDF.
