Overview

Procurement of renovation and adaptive upgrade of the Anambra MakerSpace, converting the existing Professor Kenneth Dike State Central E-Library into a multifunctional maker space and library. The works cover all construction-related activities to deliver the facilities in accordance with approved architectural and structural designs, with adherence to safety and quality standards as outlined in the drawings and BoQ. Bidders with experience in renovation/adaptive reuse of public buildings (libraries preferred) and the ability to deliver integrated construction works should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in renovation/adaptive reuse of public buildings or libraries
• Ability to execute all construction activities in line with approved architectural and structural designs (BoQ-driven)
• Compliance with safety and quality standards as outlined in drawings and BoQ
