Overview

Renovation to completion of a 1-storey building containing 15 classrooms, staffroom, head teacher’s office, deputy headteacher’s office, and store at Ronald Ngala Primary School. Open Tender by NG-CDF MVita; eligible bidders are Kenyan contractors with NCA 7 building works registration; must comply with Kenyan public procurement rules (tax clearance, PIN, incorporation, CR12, ID copies for shareholders, etc.); foreign bidders must meet local input requirements. Duration approx. 6 months.

Requirements

• Copy of Business/Incorporation certificate; Tax Compliance; PIN.
• Tender documents: signed Tender/Quotation Form; Disclosure of Interest; Certificate of Independent Quotation Determination; Self Declaration.
• AGPO certificate if applicable; CR12; IDs of shareholders.
• NCA 7 Building Works certificate; valid Business Permit.
• Pre-tender Site Visit Certificate signed/stamped by NG-CDF MVita (mandatory).
• Similar previous 2 years’ experience; CVs of professional personnel; proof of financial capacity.
• Anti-canvassing; detailed evaluation criteria in the tender documents.
• Site visit: 28 October 2026, 2:30–3:00 PM (DOCUMENT).
